Consistent with the Specifications Manual, in the event of a discrepancy between a unit price, extensions or total amounts of bid, the unit price proposed by the bidder has been used to accurately calculate the total price based on the quantities identified in the project specifications.
NO DETERMINATION HAS BEEN MADE BY THIS PUBLICATION AS TO WHICH BID, IF ANY, IS THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE BID. THE DNR RESERVES THE RIGHT, AFTER REVIEW OF THE BIDS SUBMITTED, TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE PROJECTS LISTED BELOW TO THE ENTITY SUBMITTING THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE BID OR TO REJECT ALL BIDS.
