Water clear and shallow. max depth about 1 foot. substrate mostly sand and silt, small amount of gravel. coontail is fairly abundant. hab is shallow glide/run. riparian is grass lined ditch. overhanging bank veg is common. occasional short gravel riffle. City of Odebolt is constructing a sewage treatment lagoon just downstream of where site terminates.
