Big River Resources West Burlington, LLC (BRR-WB) is expanding grain receiving operations at the existing ethanol plant and will disturb approximately 1 acre of land. Since BRR-WB has been covered under General Permit No. 2 in the past, and has been covered under General Permit No. 1 since 2004; BRR-WB is requesting that IDNR process this NOI without a current public notice being printed in two newspapers. BRR-WB indicated on this form that public notices were completed, this is due to public notices being published under prior General Permit No. 2 NOI submittals and based on conversations with IDNR.
