10/3/2013	Please conduct a site visit to determine if there are any obvious sanitary defects that could be contributing to the coliform bacteria MCL violations. This is an ACUTE MCL violation and E.coli is also showing up in Well #1; therefore, continuous disinfection and a well evaluation may be required if the PWS incurs more unsatisfactory bacterial samples. Please discuss this with the PWS. Also identify any items that may require correction at the PWS, and therefore might impact a compliance schedule if we determine continuous disinfection is required (i.e., buried pressure tanks, well in a pit, inadequate well casing, well construction not to standards, structure that could be used to house equipment, etc.). If possible, photos of the well(s) and pressure tank(s) would be helpful. The PWS operator (Nick Wilson) seems to be new to sampling, so he may also need technical assistance. Thank you.	MARIE LEAT
