10/18/2023	Work request for a site inspection for a new deep well location constructed by Rembrandt Enterprises (WSE Project W2023-0596). The system is televising their existing wells and abandoning two existing wells (Well 2R-2 and Well 4). A previously approved site for proposed Well 4R has been approved, but due to site constraints, the system would like to move the well site to a different location on their property. Public water supply owners and the project engineer can be contacted to schedule the inspection. Additional information can be found in the "Attached Documents" section.
