1/9/2012	On November 8, 2011, I reconned Casy Clarks home farm and land application site for the sludges that are generated by Sparboe. No one was around on this date. There were no obvious issues. I did not observe any runoff problems. No sludge was currently being stored in the permitted concrete storage basin.	DOUG HAWKER
