Sounds like we can start with the 90-day trial while the construction permit is being worked on. JANET GASTINEAU

Up to 90 days would be acceptable, not 6-months to a year. If that time frame is desired please get a construction permit for what would be perceived as permanent equipment. Is the equipment temporary? Anything permanent needs to be permitted. It is common knowledge that a poly hexametaphosphate would be successful for lime softening. JANET GASTINEAU

10/13/2025 Response from 10/6/2025: MCH W plantOct 6, 2025, 9:21?AM (7 days ago)to meI did fill out an application for the in tank mixer, copied the brochure for the mixer which engineering department said would ensure it met requirements, had the city clerk draw a check, and sent in the application and brochure via conventional snail mail. It would’ve been sent on September 19th. As for the other recommendations I am currently in the process of making plans to address the needs listed, but with the drawdown of summer and prep for winter, I have been running like crazy and haven’t gotten too far on the list, besides the turbidity protocol, and the in tank mixer application JANET GASTINEAU
