3/1/2011	The proposed sites for the three cell aerated lagoon and the additional land application areas appear to meet all the applicable separation distance requirements in accordance with Subrule 567 IAC 64.2(3) and 21.1.1.2 and 21.21.1 of the Iowa Wastewater Facilities Design Standards. Approval of these sites is recommended with the condition that the proper perimeter signs are posted prior to any land application.	SHEILA KENNY
