1/16/2025	Work request for a site inspection for a deep well (Well 5R) by Rembrandt Enterprises (WSE Project W2023-0596). The construction of this well was permitted under permit 2023-0585W on October 06, 2023. Due to a failed rehabilitation of Well 5, Well 5R was drilled and cased after the permit expired. The engineer on the project reached out to me and Amber Wolf for next steps. This work request is to confirm the well was drilled in the same location as listed in the approved plans.
