8/29/2023	Work request for a site inspection for two new deep wells constructed by Rembrandt Enterprises (WSE Project W2023-0596). Two of the system's current wells (Well 4 and Well 5) are pumping sand. The system plans to drill a new well (Well 4R) and televise/rehabilitate Wells 1R, 2R2, 4, and 5. If the existing wells cannot be rehabilitated, the wells will be abandoned and a second new well (Well 5R) will be constructed. The applications and related documents are for the construction of 2 new wells. Public water supply owners can be contacted to schedule the inspection.
