7/18/2011	I called and spoke with Mrs. Ruckles on July 13th. On July 14th i investigated and met both Mr and Mrs Ruckles (George and Francis). Even after they've been watering the yard and washing the back yard/porch off with the watering hose, there was still a good deal of the little black chunks of material lying all over the place. The heaviest concentration was in the back yard, under a large elm and ash tree. In the front yard, there wasn't very much to be found, same with east west and south of the back yard. We did find a couple particles on the southern bordering property. I collected a sample and dropped it off at the SHL. I requested a Microscopy Exam to identify the particles. The complainants believed MPW was the culprit, but i don't see how particles as large as these could have made it that far without coating the entire south end of muscatine.	KURT LEVETZOW
