1/8/2019	Cindy responded to an email from Mr. Garrison concerning the trenches that were dug. I also spoke to Jay Moore on the telephone. DNR did not recommend that trances be dug, but cannot dictate what they do on their own land. Tile lines are located outside of the waterway according to NFP. Mr Garrison does not own the 80-acre WRP area to the southeast of the facility and DNR at this time has been supplied no direct evidence that this area was impacted by runoff from manure application.
