2/2/2024	Spoke with James Stevens, Environmental Manager, and Keith Albers, Rendering Manager. They said their rendering process was down for a time and product were put in combos then sent to the landfill last week. They cleaned the area and do not notice any residual left over from when the product sat out. Rendering process is back up and running normally. The facility's scrubbers are working as they should. They did mention a biproduct of pig intestines that they used to sell but no longer do that could be generating some odors. They load this product into a tanker truck that sits on the edge of the property, close to a residential area. They will begin adding sodium bisulfite to the product to stabilize it before putting it into the tanker in an attempt to reduce odor, if there is any.	AMBER WOLF
