9/14/2010	This location is in the SE ¼ of Section 27 Lloyd Township. The manure is being sold by Rembrandt Enterprises under 200A, McGue Iowa Farms LLC owns the land, and Alan Swanson (712-260-3346) is the tenant. I visited the site on 8/27/10 and took photos. The stockpile is in a low area in the field, so there is no runoff. The residence at 2573 320th Ave is actually uninhabited and I did not note any streams or tile intakes in the immediate area. I spoke to a Terry Cuchera(?) on August 30th about this and he stated the manure has been there since mid August and will not be land applied until the beans are harvested.
