4/30/2010	Investigated complaint on 4/28/10. Met with Todd Beotcher and Aaron Sassman Rembrandt Enterprises, and Jon Hanson of Kuehl & Payer. All available aerators in each cell appeared to be functioning properly. Water in cell 2 was very dark and had very little dissolved oxygen. Instructed operators to increase air in cell 2 as soon as possible and monitor dissolved oxygen. The facility indicated that they had a large amount of egg get dumped down the drain that may have caused the issue.	TOM ROOS
