9/19/2017	On Sept. 15, 2017, I visited Rembrandt Enterprises. No egg material or dead vegetation was observed on the parking, in the grass swale, or in the ditch. I spoke with Chance Goddard, REI Environmental Compliance Manager. He stated that there was an overflow of the raw egg silo on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017. He was not on site but Todd Boettcher responded. The raw egg dried rapidly due to the temperature. Company employees did wash down the area of the spill. There was an area along the edge of the grass reportedly about 5' in width and about 1" deep of egg material. Mr. Goddard reported the spill occurred because employees added a silo's worth of egg to a silo that already had some egg in it. Additional training has been completed to prevent this from happening in the future.	JULIE SIEVERS
