2/20/2015	On 2/18/2015, I met with Paul Richardson, Plant Engineer, to review what had caused the bypass and what steps were being taken to prevent this from happening in the future. Due to concrete work and moving of an intake last summer, the overflow from the truck wash flowed to the storm sewer rather than the sanitary. Mr. Richardson stated he learned on the evening of 2/17/2015, that this had been happening for a few days, maybe a week. The truck wash has been shut down until a new sanitary intake can be installed, hopefully yet on 2/18. No chemicals or soap are used in the truck wash. The chiller drain will be opened by Lundell Construction and water will not be used to open the line. The ice from the parking and street will be hauled to the Tyson wastewater facility for disposal. Samples were collected and will be analyzed. A written bypass report will be submitted.	JULIE SIEVERS
