12/6/2011	I met with Kevin Sharp and three other Van Diest employees to discuss operation of the their new controlled discharge lagoon. Construction is nearly complete. Once construction is complete they plan to transfer the contents of the aerated lagoons into the new lagoons. They have received a draft of their new NPDES permit and had several questions about it.
