I gave extension for the DBPR plan and bacteria plans, which were finalized September 8 and 13th, respectively. No later than September 5, 2023, fill out the Stage 2 DBPR Plan in its entirety and send a copy to this office. 9. No later than September 5, 2023, modify the bacteria sampling plan to add a sampling site from the poultry barn distribution system (950) and send a copy to this office.
