Our records show Susan Wright as a shift operator but she has a grade 1 WT/WD certification, which is not sufficient for shift operation. Please complete the plan for Susan and any other operators that are not certified as grade 2 treatment operators. The completed plans must be submitted by February 10, 2023. JANET GASTINEAU
