8/4/2016	Made a visit to JCHC in with Water Supply Engineering staff Bob Campbell and Mark Moeller in response to complaint #22954. A decision was made by management to not pursue regulating the hospital as a PWS at this time (due phosphate addition). Management would like to see the hospital obtain a professional engineer to help identify the cause of corrosion and address the problem. During the visit we discussed our concerns and expectations going foreword. A letter was drafted and sent to JCHC following the visit and is attached.	AARON PICKENS
