3/27/2013	I called this number on 27MAR13 and spoke with a one Steven Smith of Eagle Grove. I identified myself, explained the complaint, and asked if he had a flyer requesting appliances at Dudley’s. He stated that he operates S & S Salvage, and he has put flyers around, but doesn’t recall where they all are. I asked him what he does with the appliances and he said that he just hauls them for people, for a fee, and he takes them to permitted appliance demanufacturer Bell Salvage of Rowan. I went over the appliance requirements and he was aware of them, and stated that he never disassembles or scraps appliances, he just hauls them.	DAVID MILLER
