2/26/2014	On 02/18/14, Brett Meyers and I met with Ralph Staal, owner. Manure overflowed the sand lane on 02/15/14. Mr. Staal stated the 2,000 to 3,000 gallons of manure was contained on site and did not impact a Water of the State. I noted no manure flowed off site. We discussed methods to prevent the sand lane overflow. On 02/19/14, Mr. Staal, via phone, notified me that the manure had been cleaned up. On 02/25/14, I inspected site and verified a proper clean up.	TOM MCCARTHY
