4/28/2023	I visited with the Sands 4/12/2023 and discussed regulations and a number of other things. A sample was collected and results attached. Coliform was absent and iron and mang below detect.	JANET GASTINEAU
4/28/2023	I called Mike Forristall to on or about the day of the complaint to discuss. The city takes care of flushing and meters but there has recently been some water loss, so the City wants to put in a master meter. City has the choice to incorporate into city limits, connect to Xenia, or accept the City's agreement.	JANET GASTINEAU
