If the values were less than results, you need to enter them as such (you can put the less than sign just not the greater than sign on the EDMRs). The most appropriate way to report is by determining the lowest graduated marking and report less than that value. So if the lowest mark is 0.1 then report < 0.1 per Tom Atkinson.
