4/11/2017	Mr. Garrison called about the email I sent regarding compliance by NFP. I explained again that they are following their MMP and no the MMP changes did not need to be sent to the county or our office prior to application. These changes were made and kept in their onsite copy. He discussed the sampling of tile lines that he (lakeside lab) are doing and the results he was finding. He will talk to Ken about the results he is finding. He said they are grid tiling today and he feels he will find even higher numbers since there will be much more tile and the tile lines will be closer to the surface.	CINDY MARTENS
