I understand that you think an air permit might be necessary for our ammonia stripper. It’s my understanding that we asked the air permit group this question some time ago, and the response was that that since the device does not emit a regulated pollutant, a permit was not necessary. I’ve copied Michael Hermsen on this communication in case he wishes to comment. We’ve been working closely together on our air permits. Thanks for your interest!
