12/8/2016 Reviewed data from 2007 and 2009 and determined that the data indicating direct discharges from this facility was actually land application data that was incorrectly reported on the MORs. They will correct and resubmit these reports. Rich indicated that he was unaware that there were other tabs in the MOR, so he had not made any changes to the data on these tabs when submitting the reports. He will submit corrected reports back to June. In addition, they inadvertently missed their groundwater sampling in October/November. They have ordered bottles and will have that data on the December MOR. I generated and emailed them a new DMR form, which has the specified sampling frequencies listed for all parameters. Hopefully this will help ensure that future samples are collected in accordance with the permit. They are also working on installation of a new flow meter this month, so they should have more accurate flow readings by January. I instructed them to place a note in the comments box indicating when they begin using the new flow monitoring equipment. SHEILA KENNY
