10/13/2016 Mitch Hogrefe from MCH Pig CMS #8217 also called to report they will be applying on the field where the confinement sits today. They are all certified and said we were welcome to come check them. The rate in the plan is 5500 gallons per acre but to cover the field they will only use 5000 gallons and this has been calculated according to Sarah Withers and updated. It is a 200 acre field. 10/13/2016 FYI and heads up in case you get a call, Jay Moore just called to let me know they will be applying manure soon from the site near Gordon Garrison. This site has been very controversial and we may get calls about it today. I reminded Jay to do everything legally and be careful, but we still may get a call from Mr. Garrison. The site is in section 31 Emmet township, Emmet County. LOIS BENSON
