9/1/2016	Jay reported they have installed an EPI system here for odor control. It emits ions to collect odors. It is an electronic particulate ion system using 2 rows or barbed wire and UV netting 10 feet tall running along the north end. Typically used for fly ash but hopefully will reduce the odors there. Seems to be helping so far.	LOIS BENSON
