6/7/2016	Gordon is concerned that facility has only corn/corn rotation in their plan and that the update was submitted a day late. These are "plans" and prior to application the plan must be updated to include bean application as the farmer planted beans due to the very wet weather we have experienced this spring. The late MMP's are not sent violation or reminder letters until the 10th of the month they are due. They are then all given until the end of the month to get the MMP in without a penalty. This facility has been treated no differently than any others in the state.	CINDY MARTENS
