2/12/2016	Mr. Blaser left a message concerning the Centurion Poultry Inc - Clarion Breeder facility. He thought the facility may be closed but he will check with contacts at Hyline North America. He asked me to return his call at my earliest convenience. I called Mr. Blaser on Friday 2/12/16. He asked what Hyline needed to submit for the MMP for the Clarion Breeder facility. I told him we need a copy of the current 200 A license, the Annual Short Form Update, fees and Fee Form. He told me he would contact Hyline and have them get the 200A license transferred and he will submit the necessary documents by Friday 2/19/16.	DAN BRATRUD
2/12/2016	Mr. Malloy returned my phone call from 2/10/16. He told me that the Centurion Poultry Inc-Clarion Breeder facility has sold to Hyline North America. He said he would contact the attorneys handling the transfer for Hyline and have them contact IDNR FO2.	DAN BRATRUD
