1/15/2016	Neil said the data logger for his CEMS system on the biogas scrubber/flare is not recording data properly. Hydrogen sulfide 1 hour average is be recorded. The manufacturer is working on the issue. I told him over the weekend he can periodically check the data and record it himself. He said the system will still shut down if limits are exceeded.
