11/2/2015	Carl was filling out the MOR for the facility and realized that they missed the monthly required monitoring for October due to the lagoon discharge sampling that was occuring. Carl stated that the monitoring missed was atrazine, alachlor and glyphosate on the influent and effluent. I informed him that since the month was passed there was nothing he could do to achieve compliance but since they are petitioning for reduced monitoring they should collect a sample twice this month to provide equivalent samples for each period.
