9/14/2015	Several emails from Mr. Logue regarding the meters for the boilers, singers and dryer. Boilers #1 and #4 need to have new operational meters as stated in the inspection report, during the inspection during phone conversations. The Singers and Dryer do not need meters, but must monitor their gas usage in some way plant wide. The facility felt it necessary to install meters, but I did not require this at all. Now they are questioning why they need meters. They DO NOT, it was their choice, but now may not install them. That is fine as long as gas usage is recorded and documented.	CINDY MARTENS
