4/16/2015	I called Madden to determine what construction work will be completed as part of the current permit application. He said that they intend to construct a well house, split the well discharge lines, install check valves, relocate the existing chlorination system, and provide space to install additional chlorine detention time (if needed). We discussed that timing of the project. I said that I am not aware of a specific deadline for this project, but I said that I would confirm with other DNR staff, and someone would respond to Mr. Juhl’s recent request to delay construction due to concerns about bird flu. By email, I requested that Deb Williams and AJ Montefusco (DNR) respond the Madden and Juhl.	SCOTT WILSON
