3/20/2015	Dawson Juhl called and stated they intended to burn down 18 chicken barns on one property in Humboldt County. They are wood with steel roofs, no asphalt shingles, and they are more than ¼ mile away from the nearest house. I had discussed this with him before, and he has completed the asbestos inspections with none found. I advised him to complete the demolition notification and send it to DNR Des Moines no less than 10 working days before, to make sure weather conditions were favorable, and to notify the Sheriff and the local Fire Department. They intend to harvest the remaining metal for scrap and then bury the remainder. I went over the farm waste burial requirements in 567 IAC 100.	DAVID MILLER
