12/3/2014	Dawson wanted me to send him a copy of the form for recording chlorine residual readings. I provided him the web page address and told him which form he needed to use. I also provided him some instruction on where to conduct testing and advised him that testing needed to be conducted daily. I also informed him that if the necessary sampling plans had not been developed that templates for them were also available on the web page.	GLENN CARPER
