This is my first month using the new form. I was also wondering about the last section. On the old form when we had a residual of glut 0, we used the <0.25 in the reporting section. Is this what we should still be using on this form? Or do I use the drop down menu, and select #5 no detection? Let me know and I will get the form corrected and resubmitted.
