11/7/2014 We discussed permit and discussed drawdown requirements. Carl plans to begin discharge on Monday 11/10/14. Carl also self reported that the previous operator had not collected the appropriate quarterly samples and has been dismissed for performance. Consequently there is not a quarterly sample for the 3rd quarter. Carl already has the sampling scheduled for November and will conduct accordingly to get back on track with monitoring. I informed Carl that they likely will received a LNC or NOV letter when we do our 6 month reviews for failure to monitor that quarter. CARL BERG
