8/26/2014	I called Travis to confirm whether a NPDES workplan on-site inspection was necessary for his facility. He confirmed the number of animals in confinement that the AFO database shows is correct. I asked him about his open lot and he told me that he does not stock that over 600 cattle and is currently at 500 - 560 head on open lot. I told him that I would update the AFO database to 600 head of cattle on open lot.	DAN BRATRUD
