8/6/2014	Dawson returned my phone call. I asked him if he knew where the septic waste from the facility restrooms was disposed. He said he had no idea. He said that the water tower had been cleaned and disinfected on Friday (8/1/14). He said that Kent Morton had been there today (8/6/14). I asked if they had looked in the valve pit. Dawson said that they had, but that it was so dark they couldn't tell if spring loaded check valves were present. He said that Kent thought that the only check valves would be in the well. I advised Dawson that well evaluations and continuous chlorination would be required. Dawson said that their corporate office had already decided to proceed with chlorination. I advised him that chlorine contact time requirements would probably also be required and that an engineer would have to design the chlorination system to ensure adequate detention time. Dawson said that one of their engineers was going to be designing the system. I asked if Kent Morton had evaluated the system for RPZ placement. He said that Kent had identified a location that would work. I advised Dawson that the engineer should also be involved in this process and he agreed. I told him to expect two separate pieces of correspondence, one from the field office and one from the water supply section.	GLENN CARPER
