3/10/2014	0940 hrs: I contacted Kim Kluesner for an update regarding the Peterson Pork manure transfer/application situation. Kim stated that the last she and John knew, on 27 FEB 14, manure from this facility was going to be transferred to an empty CFO facility owned by the father of their (Kluesner's) foreman, Shane Smith, and their crew was going to handle the physical transfer. However, Shane contacted the Petersons on 04 MAR 14 to see if they were ready for the crew to begin the transfer and the Petersons responded only that "...it had been taken care of." Consequently, as of 10 MAR 14, Kim has no idea what has happened with the manure at this facility, if anything. She suggested I contact Becky Sexton, Twin Lakes Environmental, who handles the facility's MMP. I stated I had already been attempting to contact Becky and thanked Kim for the information.
