2/28/2014	Inquired about MMP for Rembrandt Enterprises as he indicated that they are hauling very wet manure and applying it within the City limits of Rembrandt. Discussed 200A rules and sent him a copy of 567 IAC 65.3 and our separation distance factsheet. He complained about the odor and indicated that they've gotten some manure on the roadway too, but he wasn't making a formal complaint at this time. He said he has spoken with Neal Vaughn from IDALS and with Rembrandt Enterprises about it as well.	SHEILA KENNY
