2/25/2014	1145 hrs: Darwin Peterson called to ask if he could apply manure, as his pits are full. I asked if he was working with Kim Kluesner (consultant), because I had spoken with her about this exact scenario less than one hour ago. Darwin stated Ron Peterson had, in fact, been working with Kim. I stated that I had already explained in detail, and emailed, the pertinent regulations to Kim; and that he should speak to Ron and/or Kim. I then proceeded to explain, in general, what would be required to apply on snow-covered/frozen ground. I did, however, stress that it would be much preferred if the manure could be transferred to another facility. Darwin stated he could talk to the neighbors; and I suggested he do so. Lastly, I explained the information we would need PRIOR to application, if that becomes the only option.	TRENT LAMBERT
