5/28/2013	Called to ask if the one-time discharge sampling for chloride and sulfate had been completed for this facility as required by the September 2011 permit amendment. I looked through the file and spoke to the permit writer, but neither of us could find documentation of that sampling, so I asked him to go ahead and have it analyzed now (since they are currently discharging) and send the results to me and to Wendy Hieb.
