7/28/2009	Troy is listed as being the agronomist on the two land application permits for Sparbo Foods. 19-SDP-03-03p-LAN and 45-SDP-02-08P-LAN. Troy did not realize this. He has not inspected the sites as required once per year as per Sparboe's permits. He did not review the records last year and did not prepare an annual report by November 1st, 2008 as required. He will be talking to both Sparbo and Casey Clark about this.	DOUG HAWKER
