12/21/2012	Discussed requirement for monitoring the groundwater level in their monitoring wells. The permit states "before and during irrigation periods" so if they are finished with the fall application, they can stop measuring these levels until their next application period. Discussed the difference between the ag N & P tests and the WW N & P tests - should ensure that the lab is following WW methodology.	SHEILA KENNY
