11/7/2012	Driver Paul Nagengast was hauling manure from Rembrandt Enterprises, but he is not certified. Stated that it was his first day. I told him that unless Paul is being supervised (within sight and sound at all times), he must be properly certified immediately. I instructed Paul to discontinue hauling until he was able to get in to watch the video or take the exam. I instructed Chance to ensure that all drivers are properly certified.	SHEILA KENNY
