11/7/2012	Was hauling manure from Rembrandt Enterprises, but he is not certified. Stated that it was his first day. I told him that unless he is being supervised (within sight and sound at all times), he must be properly certified immediately. I instructed him to discontinue hauling until he was able to get in to watch the video or take the exam.	SHEILA KENNY
